$365.00

In honor of Native Americans Bonehead Wear is proud to present the Dream Catcher Hat.

The Chippewa Indians were the first to create the Dream Catcher. It was thought the hat would change the very energy of the room and all negative energy would be captured within the web of the dream Catcher. Over time many Indian nations adopted the use of the dream catcher, believing the Dream Catcher warded off bad/evil dreams. This hat represents the finest in Bonehead Wear craftsmanship. In the American Indian culture feathers had to be earned proving their merit in adulthood, deeds and life.

Mounted on the front of the hat is the dream catcher encircled by black and gold spiked studs to warn evil it is not welcome here. The crown and brim of this hat is tastefully adorned with feathers carefully adhered by hand to the hat one at at time. As in American Indiana culture these feathers represent the merit achieved in adulthood, deed and life.

Finally, 13.5 feet of hand stitched leather is hand sewn into the brim and the crown of the hat representing enforced strength, courage and honor.
